(1)
A payment of £50 is required
at the time of booking. The invoice plus breakages
deposit being payable upon or before arrival.
(2) A booking only becomes effective upon receipt
of the official confirmation from the Proprietress.
(3) A breakages
deposit of £50 is
payable on arrival as a deposit against the incidence
of loss or damage to the property or its contents
during the tenant’s stay. This will be returned
in full, if no damage has occurred when the apartment
has been inspected after your departure.
(4) Occupation of the accommodation
is from 3
p.m. on the day of arrival until
10am on
the day of departure
(5) The Proprietress reserves the
right to re-let any flat not claimed by
8 p.m. on the due day of arrival, unless
previously notified of delayed arrival.
(6) A full inventory
of the contents of the apartment is kept in the
folder. Please check this on arrival and report
any missing items immediately.
(7) Guests are expected to leave the
accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.
Failure to do so will result in a charge being
made for extra cleaning.
(8) Any notice of cancellation
of a booking must be in writing to arrive no later
than 1 week prior to date of stay and sent by registered
post or recorded delivery. The hirer may be held
liable for the full amount of the booking unless
the accommodation is re-let at a similar tariff,
in which case the full amount will be refunded,
less administration costs.
(9) Only the persons listed on
the application form, shall occupy the accommodation.
Any alterations must be notified in advance.
(10) If, in the opinion of the Proprietress,
any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the
well being of other people, the Proprietress may
re-take possession of the accommodation without
compensation to the tenants.
(11) All apartments are non-smoking.
(12) The Proprietress may allow well-behaved
pets with prior permission.
The Proprietress can accept no liability
for any injury, loss or damage to persons or
property that might be sustained on the premises.
